This is the biggest campaign in Italy, closed under stressed markets and geopolitical times testifying the resilience of Milan real estate market in the mind of investors.
In my role as CFO for the developer i've arranged all the operation on the finance side, including the partnership with an institutional player as JV and the structuring of the better mix in terms of CF facilities.
