Cancellations (services)
- Service fees are refunded fully when cancellation happens up to 48 hours check-in.

Service fees / Security Deposit:
- Designer’s Apartment - cleaning fee 50 Euros / deposit 200 Euros.
- Surfer’s Apartment - cleaning fee 50 Euros / deposit 250 Euros.
- London Apartments - cleaning fee 85 Euros / deposit 250 Euros.
- Bike rental (Palma only) - 300 security deposit.
Payments
- Total price and deposit are charged once it is agreed on the date of the stay.
- Damage deposit is refundable up to 1 week after check-out.
- all guests receive the email with all needed and valuable information for their stay (key collection, wi-fi, full address and etc.) 2 days before check-in.
If there is no full payment this information is not provided.

Usual check-in is from 3 PM (15:00). If you would like to check-in earlier (costs extra €30).
if it is later then:
- 8 pm / 20 h I would ask to pay extra 20 €
- 10 pm / 22 h I would ask to pay 30 €
- after 12 / 24 h - 40 €
Usual check-out is until 11:00 AM (11:00). If you would like to check-out later (costs extra €30).
